1. Part of this high-pressure airflow is sucked away by the inlet buttocks of the dust collector, and the other part carries a large amount of coal powder and rushes out from the gap of the bottom chute;
2. The dust collection points of the dust collector configured for the stone crusher are relatively scattered, the dust collection pipe is long and has many elbows, which makes the dust collection resistance large. In addition, each dust collection hood and the tail chute are not sealed. When the dust is inhaled, the cleaner air outside the chute is also inhaled, which invisibly weakens the dust removal ability of the dust collector;
3. The front part of the tail chute is straight, and the flow area is large, the resistance to the high-pressure airflow is small, and the high-pressure airflow mainly rushes out from the chute outlet;
4. The dust filtered by the dust collector is concentrated and sent back to the conveying machinery by the screw conveyor, and its outlet position is just located at the dust collection hood
