(1) First hang the reducer base into the foundation pit, fill the bottom plane, and use a level to level the upper plane A (5R. 6R mills should first level the transmission chassis)

(2) Install the transmission device on plane A and fix it with bolts.

(3) Use a frame level to level the base plane B. The calibration points can be selected from the four points of the cross line.

(4) Before calibrating the base plane B, rubber shock pads should be placed at the contact point between the base lower plane and the cement foundation and the base and base bolt connection.

(5) The coaxiality error of the C and D half couplings shall not be greater than 0.30.

(6) The gap between the two half couplings should be within the specified range.

(7) The parallelism error shall not be greater than 0.1.

(8) The 5R mill uses a pin connector.

(9) Electrical equipment should be accurate and reliable.

(10) The position and height of the pipeline device should be installed according to the general assembly drawing and shall not be arbitrarily changed or increased.
