The frame of the jaw crusher accounts for a large proportion of the total weight of the machine (cast frame accounts for 50%, and welded frame accounts for 30%). Foreign jaw crushers are all welded frames, and even the movable jaw adopts a welded structure. The use of welded frames for jaw crushers is the development direction. There are many examples of unreasonable structural design of the frame of domestic jaw crushers, and the reason is that the reinforcement ribs are not arranged according to the actual stress of the crusher. The design of the movable jaw structure should also be based on the force of the movable jaw, and the weight should be reduced as much as possible under the condition of meeting the strength and stiffness requirements. In addition, the finite element research of the frame and movable jaw should be strengthened, and the finite element optimization design of the frame and movable jaw should be carried out to achieve a light weight and high reliability of the frame and movable jaw. In addition, the crusher parameters should be reasonably determined, and the crushing chamber, crusher dynamic balance, etc. can be optimized with the help of calculation.
