1. The impact crusher does not turn when starting the equipment
   Check whether the material in front of the feeder falls into the crushing chamber due to the vibration of the shutdown, causing the material to get stuck in the rotor. The material in the crushing chamber needs to be cleaned and the problem can be solved by restarting the machine.
2. The bearing of the impact crusher is hot
   Check whether the lubrication of the bearing is good. Under normal circumstances, the lubricating oil should fill 50% of the volume of the bearing seat; another situation is that the lubricating oil is deteriorated and viscous, and the bearing needs to be cleaned and replaced with new lubricating oil.
3. The belt of the impact crusher flips
   It is mainly due to the damage of the belt, and the V-belt needs to be replaced. Pay attention to the quality of the belt; or because of the improper assembly of the pulley, the active and driven pulleys need to be adjusted to the same plane.
4. The machine bearing is bent or broken.
   The main reasons are long-term overload operation of the main engine, improper heat treatment of the bearing, and excessive hardness of the crushed material. When handling, new bearings must be replaced, and timely maintenance and repair should be paid attention to in the future operation.
5. The impact crusher is stuck.
   The impact crusher suddenly stops during operation. There are many reasons for this failure, such as blockage of the discharge port, belt slippage, low voltage, bearing damage, etc. These problems should be eliminated one by one, such as clearing the blockage of the discharge port, tightening the belt, increasing the voltage and ensuring the stability of the voltage, replacing the bearing, etc.
6. The spring component of the equipment is broken.
   The main reason for this failure is that the spring is not relaxed when the discharge port is reduced. Therefore, the broken spring must be replaced during handling.
7. Abnormal sound inside the crushing chamber
   The machine should be stopped immediately to check whether there are metal impurities or broken parts inside the crushing chamber, and clean the crusher chamber; check the tightness of the internal lining and the gap between the hammer and the lining. If the gap is too small, it will also cause abnormal sound.
8. There is a smell of rubber during equipment operation
   The main reason for this problem is that the belt slips, and the friction with the pulley generates heat and emits a pungent rubber smell, or the rotor is stuck. It is necessary to check the rotor condition in the machine cavity and solve it in time.
9. The discharge particle size is too large
   It means that the plate hammer or the impact liner of the impact crusher is seriously worn, causing the gap between the plate hammer and the impact plate to be too large. Adjust the gap between the front and rear impact frames, or replace the liner and plate hammer; adjust the position of the impact frame so that the gap between the two sides and the frame liner is uniform; if the liner on the frame is seriously worn, it should be replaced in time.
