After collection, it is discharged through the powder pipe and is the finished product. The air volume is returned to the fan from the return air duct at the upper end of the large cyclone collector. The air path is circulated and flows under negative pressure. The whole part of the air volume of the circulating air path is discharged through the exhaust gas duct between the fan and the main machine and enters the small cyclone collector. As for the cyclone collector, the airflow with powder enters the collector in a high-speed rotating state. After the airflow is separated from the powder, the airflow moves to the center of the cone bottom (from the natural length of the airflow) with the contraction of the cone wall, forming a rotating upward airflow cylinder. At this time, the powder is separated and collected. Since the upward rotating core is in a negative pressure state, the sealing requirements of the lower end of the collector are very high, and the outside air must be strictly separated, otherwise the collected powder will be taken away by the core airflow again, which directly affects the output of the whole machine. Therefore, a powder locker is installed at the lower end of the collector, which is used to separate the positive pressure gas from the negative pressure gas of the collector. This is a very important component. If the powder locker is not installed or the tongue plate of the powder locker is not tightly sealed, it will cause no powder or less powder, affecting the output of the whole machine.
