After calcination, potassium feldspar is formed into blocks, which are put into fine crushing equipment. After crushing, it enters the storage bin through a bucket elevator, and then is transported to the main machine of the vertical grinding mill for grinding through an electromagnetic vibrating feeder. The potassium feldspar moves evenly from the center of the grinding disc to the edge. When passing through the grinding roller area on the grinding disc, it is crushed by the grinding roller. Large pieces of material are directly crushed, and fine particles are squeezed to form a material bed for inter-particle crushing. The crushed material continues to move to the edge of the grinding disc until it is carried away by the strong airflow at the wind ring, and the larger particles fall back onto the grinding disc and continue to be crushed.

By adjusting the hot air temperature, it can meet the requirements of materials with different humidity.

(1) Since the material stays in the mill for a short time, it is easy to detect and control the product particle size and chemical composition, reduce repeated grinding, and stabilize product quality. (2) The product contains less iron, and the mechanical wear iron is easy to remove. When used for grinding white or transparent materials, the product has high whiteness and clarity.
