After the installation of Raymond mill, it needs to be tested. Today we will talk about the precautions for no-load operation and load operation of Raymond mill.

No-load test operation

(1) The main engine and analyzer are in the correct direction.

(2) The no-load test operation of the main engine should be carried out according to the steering requirements, and its operation time should not be less than 1h.

(3) When the main engine is running at no load, the grinding roller device should be tied with a wire rope to avoid contact and impact between the grinding roller and the grinding ring. If there is no condition, the grinding roller device can also be disassembled.

(4) The no-load test operation of the main engine should be smooth, and the lubricating oil temperature should not exceed 800c. The temperature rise should not exceed 400c.

(5) The large and small bevel gears of the analyzer should run smoothly, without abnormal sound, and ensure that the oil path is unobstructed.

(6) The direction of rotation of the blower should be observed, there should be no abnormal sound and vibration, the rolling bearing temperature should not exceed 700c, and the temperature rise should not exceed 350c.

Load test run

(1) After the no-load test run proves that all components can work normally, the qualified test run can be carried out.

(2) The qualified test run time shall not be less than 8h (hours).

(3) The Raymond mill should work normally, and the transmission part shall not have abnormal sound and impact vibration.

(4) The temperature of rolling bearings and lubricating oil shall not exceed 800℃, and the temperature rise shall not exceed 400℃.

(5) There shall be no air leakage in the contact of flanges in the pipeline device.

(6) The grinding output reaches the specified index.

(7) Adjust the speed of the analyzer to control the particle size of the finished product within the range of 0.44-0.125mm.

(8) After the no-load and load operation is qualified, tighten the fasteners again and put it into normal operation.
